"After almost 200 years, the finest chocolate and the best hazelnuts are the most important ingredients for Caffarel uniqueness. The experts have no doubts: the Piedmont hazelnut has such aromatic and flavor characteristics that make it unique, especially when combined with chocolate. This is the hazelnut we use, the one which grows in the Langhe, a few kilometers far from our plant in Luserna San Giovanni. We source cocoa coming from Ecuador and Ghana: more delicate and aromatic the first one, stronger and more intense the second one. Thanks to our expertise and know-how we mix them to obtain irresistible chocolate recipes."
