A special evening, Friday, Sept. 20th, kicks off the show as the third Legends of Chocolate class, honoring those whose work impacts the current world of chocolate, is inducted. The ceremony is followed by a walk-around chocolate tasting, including chocolate-friendly cocktails paired with sweet and savory desserts and dishes.
These festivities all take place at the World Casino Resorts in Queens, Sept. 21-22.
