Can chocolate with less sugar still be a winner?
Nestle will soon find out. The Swiss company is launching a chocolate using only the cocoa fruit, including the sugars that come from the cocoa pulp. It's the first time the pulp has been used this way.
Does that make the new chocolate healthier? Perhaps, but like all chocolate, Nestle officials say it should be eaten in moderation and "as part of a healthy balanced diet.”
